How to Join
Confirm Eligibility
Applicants must currently serve as a full-time Chief of Police within the State of West Virginia.

Download and Complete the Membership Application
To apply, please download and complete the official membership application form.
2.
Submit the Membership Application and Annual Dues
Submit the completed application form along with the annual membership dues of $100 by email or mail:
