How to Join
Confirm Eligibility
Applicants must must be a full time Chief of Police in a city, town or village in the state of West Virginia or must be a full time supervisor in charge of a division, bureau or unit in a city, town or village police department in the state of West Virginia.

To apply, please download and complete the official membership application form.

Submit the Membership Application and Annual Dues
Submit the completed application form along with the annual membership dues of $100 by email or mail:
